Dinas Pendapatan Daerah (Dispenda) Provinsi Jawa Barat Wilayah I/Depok mulai menerapkan penyimpanan arsip secara digital. Seluruh arsip atau berkas wajib pajak di antaranya KTP, surat pemberitahuan, BPKBN dan faktur pajak discan terlebih dahulu. Data tersebut kemudian  disimpan di central prosesing unit (CPU). “Penggunaan arsip digital untuk mengurangi pemakaian ruang arsip sehingga lebih mudah dan efisien. Sistim itu kami terapkan sejak Senin lalu,” ujar Kasie Penerimaan dan Penagihan Samsat Depok, Iwa Sudrajat, Sabtu (8/6/13). Iwa menyatakan digital arsip tersebut sangat memudahkan petugas mencari data wajib pajak. Petugas hanya mengetik nomor kendaraan tersebut di program itu maka data pemilik kendaraan tersebut muncul dengan seketika. Menurut Iwa, pihaknya juga akan menerapkan sistem arsip secara online. Pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Provinsi Jawa Barat Wilayah I/ Depok akan mendatangi rumah penunggak pajak kendaraan bermotor. Tujuannya untuk mendaftar ulang terhadap ribuankendaraan bermotor yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang (KTMDU). “Pendataan dilakukan dengan menelusuri secara door to door ke rumah wajib pajak dengan target satu pegawai mendata minimal 20 penunggak pajak. Seluruh pegawai  ditugaskan untuk menelusuri KTMDU, “ujar Kasi Penerimaan dan Penagihan Samsat Depok, Iwa Sudrajat di kantornya, Kamis (13/6/13). Menurut Iwa, penelusuran sudah dilakukan sejak bulan April lalu di enam kecamatan wilayah kerja Samsat Depok. Diantaranya kecamatan Cimanggis, Beji, Cipayung, Sukmajaya, Tapos, dan Cilodong.
